Thanksgiving

The Thanksgiving holiday was wonderful! There is nothing like spending quality time with your family no matter how many are gathered around the table. This year was a little different for my family because it was only a few of us that came together. I still enjoyed the day and I definately enjoyed the food! Even though my cousin got his apartment broken into, he still had a smile on his face and I am thankful for that! My cousin, uncle, and I went to Toys R Us and stood in line to pick up some gifts for the kids! That was the first time I have ever been out for the Black Friday sales and I must say I will never do that again! This Thanksgiving holiday was wonderful!

This semester so far has been..

This semester so far has been stressful, fun, and a new experience. It is stressful because of all of the papers I had to do & I am still not finished! It is also stressful because of the tests and all of the studying I have had to do. It was fun because I met new people from different places and schools. Classes were not like highschool classes and that also made it more fun! All together, it was a new experience and I am sure each semester will be a new experience!

Donmetrius...

 Donmetrius, better known as Lo, is my new friend. I haven't met anyone like him, he is a true character. You would think he was a thug but when you talk to him, he is the total opposite! He is so funny, and never has a dull moment. The only thing I do not like about him is he is the same height as me. He listens to me when I am going through things. He likes me a lot and I like him too. Maybe we will have a relationship in the near future but it is always best to be friends first and that is what we plan to do!

This Week & People

This week has been not so good. I have been irritated, upset, and just want to punch people in their throats! I'm lucky to have people in my life that will talk to me about my problems and tell me not to worry about things. One person I can depend on for that type of help is my friend Lo. He always makes me laugh and is able to let me know things from a guys point of view. I can talk to him about another guy even though he likes me and I really think he is cool for being like that. You cant find too many people like that! I am happy that this week is just about over and now a new week can begin!

My Family

My family comes together a lot. Birthdays, Sunday dinners, meetings, catering events, bible study, anything you could possibly name! We have fun whenever we do come together and that's what I love. We talk about a lot of different things but mostly God. I wish my father's side of the family came together more often but they don't! I love my family with my heart!

My Vacation!

This weekend I went on vacation to Myrtle Beach with my family! It was all girls this year so it was a little more interesting. The reason behind taking the trip was because we have a lot of September birthdays, we really didn't want to celebrate each one like we did last year so we decided to get away and take a vacation and let that be. It was a nice trip, even though my daughter cried and screamed most of the time but she was just being herself! It was also her first vacation with me, I wanted her to enjoy herself but that really didn't happen! All in all we enjoyed ourselves.

I'm writing this blog, but I should be doing other homework! Since I've started school, I've had so much homework that I can barely keep up. This blog is also apart of my homework but it's not quite like my other work. It's easier and more convienent for me. All I have to do is log on and write, I don't have to calculate, do research, or even stress out! But goodbye for now, I really have to do my other homework!!
